About the Project:
The final report for the Easton Downtown Plan for Infill Development has been completed and
submitted to the Historic Easton, Inc. and the town of Easton. A copy of the report can be
found on the downloads page along with the final presentation to the Town Council on July 7th, 2008
and all the other public presentations associated with the project.
Thank you for your interest and participation in the project. Easton continues to be the commercial,
cultural, and business center of the Eastern Shore. As our work suggests, downtown Easton has great
opportunities for new retail, office, and residential development that can be compatible and
strengthen the existing downtown district.
